The ambiance captured the essence of history.
Dealing with the check-in process was a nightmare. The lack of a front office and no direct contact for issues was incredibly frustrating. I even had to call the manager from the restaurant, completely ruining my relaxation vibe.

charming local environment, historical charm with retro decor, impressive quality of food
Confusion around the check-in process and missing signage made for a frustrating arrival!!! Compensation for difficulties like maintenance issues and unclear parking instructions could enhance guest satisfaction significantly!!!

despite a lovely vibe, the moldy sheets and stains everywhere defintely gave me second thoughts. and how woudl I know the parking lot has only one entrance? ! you think someone would’ve thought to tell me. I mean, after all, I almost considered a positive review but just couldn’t bring myself to do it!

Perfect stop before the Keys!
I stayed for a night in a suite and loved the vibe. Super chill, and the staff were sooo friendly, helped me out with local tips. The restaurant had awesome breakfast options, try the pancakes! Only thing is, parking got a bit tight later in the evening. But honestly, that’s minor considering how great the stay was.

Highly recommend for a solo traveler
The staff was super super cool! Very friendly and understanding. I arrived super early before my check in and they were very acomadating and let me in a little early. The whole place is very quaint and very cute. There is an EXCELLENT restaurant right down stairs, Food was dynamite! The staff there were also very friendly. 100 Percent stay here again!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

nice stay but lacking in some areas
The suite offered a stunning view of the city that made morning coffee delightful. The staff were approachable and responsive, always ready to help when needed. I appreciated how clean the shower and bed were. both contributed to a comfortable stay.
Streaming services required personal logins, which was inconvenient.
